I hardly ever use Facebook. I use it to share some initiatives that I like or to share some posts by few pages just to give a little (very little) extra visibility; 

Twitter only in case of disaster or political elections. It's the quickest for these things. Anyway, I never tweet, just re-tweet at most. 

On Instagram I publish very few stories and even more rare are the photos posted (not recently tho). For goodness sake, I'm not a monster, I use it often but I never feel in the mood to publish. 

Linkedin bah, you can find something in it, but I don't use it that much. It's getting closer and closer to Facebook, with less and less professional content. 

Medium I used it to read some articles. Now that I decided to write some of them too, I think I'll put them there too. I wonder if anyone will ever read them.
