TEDxCastelfrancoVeneto
TEDxCastelfrancoVeneto is home for me. The first year I was just a volunteer, then I became an organiser. You don't get paid anyway but you actually organise the events of the year. Very very challenging. I've seen the association grow, I've held various roles, I've done what was needed. TEDxCastelfrancoVeneto is home because I grew up in it professionally a lot. I wouldn't change anything I've done.
Vision Garden
Vision Garden was a fair organised on the same day as TEDxCastelfrancoVeneto. It brought together companies, students and universities. The first year I helped in the commercial part. The second year I was in charge. It's a little personal achievement of mine. I managed more than 15 people under me. Communication, Logistics, Partners, Press, Administration. Eventually more than 5000 people came, there were 15 companies, 5 universities. For a city like Castelfranco Veneto, these are great satisfactions. We could have done better, no doubt, but it didn't go badly. We were a good team.
JEst
JEst needs to be explained. It is an organisation composed of only students. All from the same university, in my case the university of Padua. The organisation emulates a company. The idea is that it prepares members and other students for the working environment. It is a good training ground for what comes next. Although perhaps sometimes it is taken too seriously.
